BEAUTIFUL! These radishes have green skin on the outside and fleshy red brilliance on the inside making them look like a traditional watermelon. treat as you would any other winter radish. Good fresh on salads. Excellent in fermentation, or for cooking it in dahl and other dishes. Grows fairly easily - can do two crops in a season. Will store in the fridge until spring.
